Previous house owners and car insurance

Shamlessly posting here for traffic.

I bought my house in 2019.
Every year since the previous owners car insurance documents arrive with the new documents, insuring them at my address.
Every year I send the documents back, marked not at address since 2019.

Last year I called them and spoke to the fraud department who said they would suspend the policy and payments to prompt a call from policy holder.
This year, the insurance documents have arrived again.

Also, last year a driving conviction arrived at the house too, along with several parking fines. Not just the previous owner but the adult children too.

What more can I do to stop them insuring the vehicles at my address?

I'd call the DVLA. They haven't updated their logbook.

@DashboardConfessional
I sent the driving conviction back to the DVLA, and didn't hear anymore of it.
So, I assume that side is sorted.

The dvla are useless. You’ve done all you can. If anyone turns up looking for them (re conviction or insurance claim assessor) you can prove you’re not them

@HighlandPony could it cause problems for me? For example, I'm concerned about insurance companies asking how many vehicles are kept at the address, it may make me look a liar.

No. You might need to prove who you are for example if the police come after whatever that was in the letter but no. You’re telling the truth.
