I can’t see this being reported on BBC at the minute ( although it wouldn’t surprise me if the case)

The U turn on the top tax rate is a distraction to slide this under the radar.

Looks like it's one of those cuts which is achieved by not topping up budgets in line with inflation.

They have no mandate for this, yet still they feel they can do what they want. It’s a big jump from BJ and his more centrist approach to this libertarian Ayn Rand lunacy.

OP many of us have been suffering for 12 years this is nothing new.

this is like making a post about a person being bitten by their pet cobra. What do you expect? it’s a cobra, this is what they are created to do. What do you expect? It’s the tories, this is what they are made and bred to do. They’ve been cutting public services the moment they stepped into no.10. So why do people care that they are doing it again now.

I’m tired of being tired. I’m tired of using my energy for this country to just throw it back in our faces when the election comes around. So let them keep cutting our services until we have nothing left.

Even the U turn only relates to £2 billion worth of tax cuts. Kwarteng has still got the other £43 billion to finance, these tax cuts for the rich don't just fund themselves,.
