To buy my children the same tracksuit?

They are 11 and 13. I've got a right bargain on some tracksuits.

Do you buy your children the same tracksuit? They wouldn't need to wear it at the same time etc.

Mine are different genders and very different tastes. And though younger than yours they’d absolutely cringe at matching. So no.

If they were hypothetical children who both liked the same thing and it wasn’t too standout then yes I’d buy them each the same item of clothing. Possibly not if it was very memorable or distinctive - so I’d buy a plain black tracksuit, possibly not an orange one with green trim!

Can you not just ask the children involved?

I can see arguments galore stemming from this.

Depends on the children mine cry if they can’t decide on the same outfit for the day🙈I’m happy as long as they’re both dressed but nope they want to match.
