To worry about what happened at the nursery between 4 year olds

My 4 year old DS made a new friend at his nursery at the start of this term - another boy of a similar age. (Will refer to the friend as B for this thread) During bed time today we were talking about his day and he told me that B told him they can kiss tongues and they kissed each others tongues. And B kissed his face many times.
I am extremely worried after hearing this. The nursery he goes to has a good teacher to student ratio (around 1 teacher for 6 children or so) so I am wondering how the teachers could not have noticed this. Would I be right to assume that children are supervised at all times in a nursery?

AIBU to worry about this?
How would you handle this? Should I raise this with the nursery staff?
