I am 49 and definitely not pregnant!! Am in perimenopause & it absolutely fucks my appetite when I get my period. When I was pregnant, I could only ever face stuff like bagels, cereal & plain beige food mostly!
i find the same with my hormone cycle in perimenopause- I mean, I know periods make you crave carbs but this is the same as pregnancy- I feel nauseous & only want to eat plain beige food 😬 I can’t face food on some days at all. It’s weird but clearly hormones.
anyone else get this? Am a bit over it!! I try to eat so well the rest of the time but it just undermines my good work!
