How do you find out if you win? I wanted to win

Not the house, but a friend of mine won a fabulous holiday, 5 star hotel, business class flights etc, worth about £30k - she's not wealthy by any means.

I thought the Cornwall one was on a cliff so assume at risk of cliff collapsing and taking the house with it

I think that was the Kent one - the Cornwall one was in a big field near a river estuary.
