They wouldn't be believed. Not a soul on this planet thinks people with penises are women, nor that people with vaginas are men. I guess what you're asking is would the be-penised criminal men still want to be in that 'all male' prison? Yes because those people with penises know exactly what a women is when they're seeking to abuse them.

Well I don't think they should be given a choice. They are in prison because they committed crimes. So whatever they identify as should not be taken into consideration.

I work in a very niche Health and Safety field and do consultancy work for prisons. We had a call about an issue that is only relevant to women and the man from the MoJ very carefully and deliberately talked about 'people with female reproductive organs'.

I kept looking into the camera and very clearly saying 'you can't use this system on women because some of them could be unknowingly pregnant'.

I don't know if he got it or not, but it made me feel better.

Male prisoners (many of who are violent women hating thugs) would rejoice at the fresh meat in prison for them to play with. These women would be attacked but it would be reported as an increase in sexual assaults on men. Men everywhere would use the whataboutism the next second another women was murdered.

this is a straw man argument. If all the women in a prison came out as identifying as men, it wouldn’t be an issue because everyone in the prison is the same gender (male). The prison designation could just be changed gender wise.

Nothing would happen because they don’t put transmen in men’s prisons, too dangerous. It’s a one way street, only men get the privilege of having their demands met.

A friend of mine actually works on transgender issues in prisons. She tells me that there are some transmen in prison, though not very many. However none have requested a transfer to a male prison, and there's no way prison governors are going to force them, so in many ways it isn't really a problem.

The preferred 'solution' to transwomen would be to have wings that were for transwomen only - that would keep both them and biological women safe.

I've never shared this publically before to anyone and never spoke about it to anyone. I feel angry if anything. This trans nonsense nearly killed my daughter, I refuse point blank to acknowledge it anymore for what it did to my kid.
Someone put thoughts in my daughters head she was a male trapped in a girls body. She'd wear tight body shapers to hide her breasts this while was 15😔turns out she never was a trans, she's definetly all female and because of this crap my daughter ended up 3 months in a kids mental hospital

So what happens when actual men start being put in there? And where do actual women prisoners go? And how are they kept safe?

There are no straw person (how dare you assume the straw person's gender) arguments once you have accepted the absurdity that being male or female is a feeling. There are only completely logical consequences that highlight the absurdity and this is one of them.

So sorry for what you have been through Stars. It's the most vulnerable kids who are victims of this and the system responds by sterilising them which is beyond vile.

I saw a talk by a now retired prison governor on this issue. No one would dream of relocating a trans man to a male prison, including trans men, because of the danger this puts them in. The danger women face from trans women, together with the assaults and rapes they suffer, are ignored. A frighteningly high proportion of TW in prison, both here and in the US, are sex offenders. This really is a fox in a henhouse but no one seems to care.

And I did try to raise this issue, courteously, with a Labour Party canvasser before the 2019 election because no one should support state sanctioned rape. He screamed repeatedly at me and ran from my door. I'm a pretty gentle middle aged woman with grey hair. These TRAs are not sane.
