To think the Nuby RapidCool doesn’t work because of the terrible dispenser?

I bought the Nuby RapidCool but can’t workout how to use the dispenser. The hole of the dispenser is so small that, whenever I try to put formula powder in it, the powder goes everywhere… Is it just terrible design or am I doing something wrong? Heard good things about it on here so would love to know how everyone else is managing it? (I’m using Hipp Formula btw.)

Do you mean the little pots for putting formula powder in? If so, the whole lid can be lifted off for putting in the formula - the small hole in the lid can then be used to pour out the formula into the RapidCool without it going everywhere. Don't try to put formula into the pot through the small hole!

As above, it's very stiff but the whole lid does come off. Hook your finger through the dispensing hole and pull upwards
