Anyone else starting to feel sort of nervous food shopping?

We’re fairly average financially, I’ve always had to have a list when shopping and a general idea of how much things would come up to. I could never just walk around randomly chucking things in the trolley, but also, I was fairly relaxed shopping.
Now I’m nervous shopping as more and more times, when I get to the till, it’s just more than I anticipated/calculated and often by €30/40…I’m not in the U.K. but a European country.
I’ve barely got anything special and yet it’s always much more when added up than I thought.
How long will this last?

The decimated meat section in my local Lidl (in Germany) made me nervous yesterday:

I am at the point where I either use scan and shop or my phones calculator to tot it up as I go round so I don't spend too much.
