To ask what your epilepsy seizure signs are

I've had epilepsy 6 years. I had a series of grand mal seizures the night I was diagnosed but I've not had any since. I do still get seizures sometimes but I stay conscious during them. I've not had one in ages. I've not noticed any auras. This morning I woke up with huge, proper and upsetting anxiety for no reason which is still here and now a headache is coming on. As I was waking up I randomly thought I am going to have a seizure today. I've never had this before. I know anxiety is a sign of a impending heart attack but realistically, if anything is going to happen a seizure is more likely. I normally work alone but today I'm going to work somewhere where there are people just in case. Of course I'm hoping the anxiety is just feeding itself and I'll be fine. Do you get auras and what are your signs?

Shit now I can't remember if I've taken my meds this morning. 😔

For the meds, get one of those pill boxes that has a section for each day. It's easier to know if you've taken them for the day.

Sorry to hear that! Mine are rising pins and needles in my arm, an overwhelmingly feeling of dred and the feeling someone is watching me over my shoulder. I don't have them all, just one. Take care! Make sure your hydrated, rested as much as you can and avoid coffee and alcohol :)
