Travelling anxiety - I'm being ridiculous, but please ease my worries!

I am due to go abroad in a few weeks. I am going alone.

The resort I am staying in offers one and two-bedroomed properties. It appeared as if all the one-bedroomed properties had been sold, so I opted for a two-bed, although when I went to book, it would only allow me to book the two-bedroomed property for two people. As I am going alone and there aren't two of us travellers, will I have a problem at check-in?

Just a disclaimer, I have horrendous anxiety and stress over things that wouldn't even bother to enter other people's minds.

No, you will not have any problems at all. Your situation is entirely normal

It would be different if you were booking in with 3 or 4 people.

Have a lovely trip!

As long as you're paying for the accommodation
I don't think the staff will care how many people are in there

Thank you both very much for your replies and for easing my worries!

I tried to check in online but as it asks for the details of both people, I can't check in. It'll be easy enough to do it when I arrive though.

I've been away before on my own, I'm a bit anxious too but had a lovely time. Take things to keep you busy, I had an iPad and would watch broadchurch on my balcony y at night after dinner with a cocktail and listening to the ocean - bliss!

Hi @custardbear, that sounds idyllic! I plan to enjoy a few cocktails on the balcony.
