I am sure they have it all worked out. Way in advance.

But it can't be done in alphabetical order.
And it could be handy for diplomacy to take place if you sit certain world leaders near each other.

Yea it must be tough. I suppose there is also the risk or upsetting or offending people if they feel they are positioned in a place below their importance.

There was gentleman who looked quite Royal (or perhaps senior military - I’m no expert) sat quite a few rows back on his own earlier. Looked a bit out of place.
