To ask you to help me find a car?

I'm fat, short and very anxious.

I'd like a car where my gut doesn't press against the steering wheel, I sit reasonably high up, and that has lots of safety features because I drive my two kids around all the time. Oh yes and it has to be reliable, because I'm not made of money.

Budget is max £16k. So will be a used car, but hopefully 2017 reg onwards.

Cinch/Casio etc have too many options!

Old car is a Qashqai, which I like well enough, but I would like a change I think.

I know this is AIBU and this is an obvious post for traffic, but I really need help.

So far I'm mostly liking the Volvo V40, which isn't as high as I'd like but looks reliable and super safe.

I normally hate Vauxhalls but a Vauxhall Mokka I once had was fab! High up, lots of room, extremely smooth ride and incredibly swish inside. This wasn't the new style Mokka of course, one of the earliest models. 2015 I think.

Also VW Tiguan are fabulous and I last had an Audi Q2 which was also very nice. Lovely to drive. Obviously the Q3 is even nicer (& bigger)

I'd go for a kuga.

Decent size car ,not bad fuel economy, heated windscreen (great for winter)

Nice looking car. It's a ford so parts are fairly cheap to buy

Paid £6000 for a 2016 Seat Mii. 4 door. Average mileage 24K. No tech as couldn't be updated.
V cheap to run, £20 per annum road tax.
V old school with CD player.
Use phone for sat nav.
Gets me from a to b.

Have intermittent problems with back. Test drove Up, v bumpy. Plus micra, no oomph. Seat, like the micra is wider. Plus a bit more pokey. A mango so a little more horse power
Previous car was a Ford KA. Loved it
