I've started selling some bits on vinted.
I sold 3 bits and packed them up.
They chose yodel drop off
I don't drive and my nearest is 30 mins walk.
So off I go,I don't mind as it's extra money in my bank.
Got there (local corner shop) and stood in queue and got to front and she said
"Come back in a hour, when I get the queue down"
I explained I wasn't near by but she insisted I come back in a hour.
It would have taken her a few mins
All she had to do was scan barcode and stick label on parcel.
Aibu to be annoyed ?
Would you go back ? Or just walk a extra 15 mins to next shop next time ?

I’d walk the extra distance next time and wouldn’t use that shop again for anything - if she can turn away customers for a service she’s signed up for she obviously doesn’t need your custom at all.

I wouldn’t use them again, if they have accepted to do yodel parcels then they should treat you the same as any other customer.

You can disable yodel in your settings as an option.

I don't have a printer at the min so annoyingly I can only use yodel and Royal Mail
I think a lot of people are reluctant to use RM as they are the most expensive too

I would have waited outside for a bit, then returned when people had left. Not ideal but better than coming back in an hour.
