to worry so much about leaving TA job at this point?

Just feel awful
SMT not supportive hence my decision to leave
Im a qualified teacher but working as a TA since having my child
Teacher vacancies are always up at my current school but I couldn’t bring myself to apply so I applied for another local school over the holidays and have an interview tomorrow
I’ve been at my current place 6 years so maybe it’s just fear of the unknown, better the devil you know and all that.
I just feel very low about it all.

So what exactly are you worried about? Why do you want to leave?

You have an interview for another job - go for it! If you're not happy with the current arrangements, leave. It's awful being in a job where you are not supported and don't feel happy.
