Can anyone help 😭 I am at my wit's end.

My 10 month old has cmpa, it's been a rocky ride but from about 4m onwards he's been very settled. He had a stomach bug a month ago, he had sickness and diarrhoea for 3 days and was sicking up most of his milk and pooping ever hour, he hardly ate anything during this time and his sleep was very disturbed even tho he was very tired he found it hard to get off to sleep and stay asleep.

Since then his sleep has not gone back to normal, before this he was sleeping 7-7 with a feed at 10pm and 4am with two naps of 3h total during the day. Now he is not napping more than 45mins, he is dog tired by 5pm, and he is waking every 2/3h and most nights he is awake for a 3 or 4h stint just screaming and rolling around and rubbing his eyes.

He has gone from a chilled baby to really unhappy and grumpy all the time, you can tell he is feeling tired because he cuddles into you and gets all pinchy as if to say "I'm knackered" He has big bags under his eyes and is always rubbing his eyes. I feel so bad because he is just SO TIRED but he won't sleep or settle back into a decent sleep routine.

He sleeps in a cot in his own pitch black room, has white noise on and he has two comforters. He has never taken a dummy. He has a sleep sack and his room is 23 degrees. He is not too cold or too hot.

He eats well, 3 meals a day and he has 35oz of formula in 24h. He is a big boy, 30lb at 10m.

He feeds before bed and we put him down drowsy usually but he just seems wired. If you try to hold and cuddle him he pinches you and screams. I don't know how else to help him.

What do I do. I am so sleep deprived and my 4yo is not getting a good version of mummy right now.
