To ask, do you feel like this when you're in a big crowd?

Whenever I'm in a big crowd I get this huge rush, I can feel it in my chest like this huge rush of excitement. I remember after COVID when outdoor things were allowed again I stepped out of a shop into the high street and there was a outdoor concert taking place and I remember feeling such a rush from it. I love busy places, one of my favourite things to do on a weekend is somewhere busy (like Covent Garden) and just people watch and absorb the hustle and bustle. I also get the same feeling from loud music, like when I walked past a bar in the daytime and a band were loudly practicing.

I'm quite a shy person so it seems so against my usual nature! I'm wondering if it's just a normal reaction or if it's a sign I may be more extroverted that I realised

I am not particularly shy, but I hate being in big moving crowds (not so bothered if we're all seated). It's not a social fear, but a physical one: I have always had significant co-ordination difficulties, worsened by some recent health problems, and am very nervous about collisions and fearful of falling down/ being knocked down/ knocking someone else down.

no I hate being in a big crowd. I would feel anxious and look for the quickest way out!

My idea of hell, l hate the competitiveness of a crowded place, tussling for seats etc it all feels so aggressive somehow.
