To worry about this spotting (pink coloured)

On the hormonal patch as contraception, I’ve been taking it back to back for the last couple months without a break as a GP on GMB said there was no medical need for the patch free week (same principle and hormones as combined pill with the week break). Usually have zero symptoms on the patch and never had ‘breakthrough bleeding’.

Last had a patch free week with withdrawal bleed maybe 2 months ago.

I was feeling nauseous the other day and have been really tired this last week, started taking vitamin D as I presumed it was a deficiency. Less tired now but have a slight lower back pain which tbh could be attributed to posture but I’ve only noticed it over the last week. Did a cheapy test just in case and it came back negative. Went to the toilet yesterday aft and sorry for TMI, lots of pink-coloured discharge. Definitely pink and a little watery in consistency. This has continued in small quantities today but is there every time I wipe.

anyone had before and can advise what is this likely to be? Googled and convinced myself I have uterine fibroids or something equally scary! thanks in advance
