Just that really. I have a spider phobia and have tried several different types of hypnotherapy but haven't really had much success

Any online ones that you recommend would be great thank you

I've successfully had hypnotherapy for a phobia but I had face-to-face sessions with techniques to practice at home.

Hypnotherapy can be very helpful if your mind is open the change.

I found it great in the moment but wasn't convinced afterwards.

Is the phobia debilitating? My Dsis is petrified of spiders too.

@Idealist3 You need to start a new thread. Your post won't be noticed on the back of someone else's post.

Sorry! A mistake. I can’t delete it

EmeraldShamrock1 yes I would say it is debilitating. I've been very lucky in the past that I've always had OH to deal with them but he's going away soon and as it's spider season I'm worried about how I'd deal with them on my own, especially with DD around. I don't want her to see me petrified! I had a few sessions of hypnotherapy several years ago and I don't think they had any effect. I been doing some on YouTube too but it's hard to know if they're doing any good
