When she got up to accept the leadership, taking her speech from her husband without looking at him and leaping up on stage with a "joker from Batman" smile, and she sounds as if she is reading everything she says from a script. Does she talk to her friends & family like that? It seems the BBC had all day coverage of Balmoral to Westminster, a lot of fuss over a leader who has not been elected.

Liz Truss wants to reverse the percentage increase that was put in place to fund social care. So Social care won’t get its much needed funding. It’s appalling because social care is a mess and has been for decades. It was the one tiny shining light in a sea of sewage.

I don't trust politicians but many at least look as though they are meaning what they are spouting. In Liz's case, she looks, sounds and behaves like a failed
