... ointment for a friction burn to the face on a sunday night? Sonwrbi r like savlon? Sorry for posting in entirely the wrong place however I really want to heal this wet and prevent it from drying out and I desperately want to prevent a gnarly scar if I can, so need responses fast! All pharmacies near me are closed!

If you're uk based there should be a pharmacist open until 10 somewhere near or failing that nappy cream

Only pharmacy near me closes at 8 and I wouldn't have got there on time. I can try nappy cream but no dressings to keep it on with. All very frustrating! Why do things like this always happen on a Sunday night?!

Places like 24 hour garages usually have savlon in the little shop.

Do you have a garage or Tesco express near by you? They would usually have something like savlon although it'll probably cost much more than a pharmacy

I would use sudocrem or vaseline and put a dressing on it.
