Now I’m finding that borderline lurkers or those with lurky tendencies are contributing even less and just thumbs upping (thumbsing up?) or heart reacting messages. I preferred it before.

I'm not part of too many WhatsApp groups but I reaction to something I say is better than nothing and not everything needs a response. If you crack a joke a reaction is better than a 😂 reply
