Which barista coffee machine?

I am fed up with my cafetière coffee and had the most amazing latte at a friend's house. She's got a Delonghi but Dh says other makes are better?

If you love your barista coffee machine (doesn't necessarily have to be bean to cup), what do you have and do you recommend?

Nooooo don't get a machine the best tasting coffee you'll ever has is out of a tiny little thing called an aeropress. It's only like £30 and turns the grinds into a little biscuit shaped thing you can chuck straight onto your garden- no mess and faff.
