Am IBU to not be able to be UR at neighbour who had basically created a festival in his garden tonight? He had a live band with a piano, drums and some great singers. I am offended that he finished at 11 as was having a dance and joining in with my very bad singing (in my own garden). Can I go round tomorrow and complain that he only did one Cure song? AND that they also did 99 Red Balloons by Nina (?). Rest of the music was very good but her her really upset my daughter as she does not like to see me sing or dance.
