I'd be so curious of 2 things -
What would you consider to be a healthy meal plan for one day?
And
What do you actually eat over the course of one day on average?
I'm feeling a bit stuck in a rut, either opting for salads that don't fill me up at all of quick high calorie ready meals. I tend to work hours between 8am-8pm so am after a bit of inspo! Definitely willing to put the planning in 🙂
