After 12 years of Tory rule, is there a single public service not in crisis?

I can't think of any in a better position than before they can to office.
Yanbu - everything is worse.
Yabu - thank God for the Tories, always making the country better.

I can't think of any time during my adult life (I'm old) where people didn't complain about public services and say how terrible they were. And that's when labour were in power too.

Do the MPs themselves count as a public service? They seem to have increased their salaries quite a bit

Things are better in Scotland where the Tories don't have control of health, education, housing, police etc.
