ridiculous argument with friend, shes actually quite pissed off with me now.
we watched the same episode of criminal minds on the same day and discussed it. In one scene They’re chasing a suspect through a train station and one yells “FBI, Move” and shoves someone out the way.
she says “that’s ridiculous, in real life they would be way more polite”
I say “well no, surely if you’re chasing a guy suspected of murdering then embalming his victims and you wish to save the woman he’s recently kidnapped, pleasantries probably aren’t at the forefront of your mind in that moment”
She maintains the real BAU would not do that and that they would be more polite.
Now I am firstly not even sure the Behaviour analysis unit is a real thing (happy to be corrected) but either way, like I say, I think it’s ok to be a little terse in this situation
so, who’s unreasonable 😁
