Challenge for keen googlers: the patinting on set of Materchef. (pic included)

OK - so the big blue painting that's been in the background of Masterchef for a few seasons now ... it's back there again on Celeb Masterchef at the mo and I've been googling trying to find out anything about it (artist? print/original? can you buy it anywhere?) and i just cannot!

I've included a (very bad) photo of it here.

Any ideas?

Just looks like someone not very good at emulsioning !

Is the person in the foreground part of the painting as well? I genuinely can't tell if they're painted or just a really low-quality photo.
