So, lift your right foot up while sitting/lying down and make clockwise circles.

At the same time draw the number 6 in the air with your right hand.

Your foot has changed direction automatically.

Mine changed automatically when I was doing it at a decent speed. If I slow down and concentrate I can manage to keep going in opposite directions!

I'm left handed so automatically drew the 6 with my left hand and it worked fine. When I used my right hand there was some serious conflict going on, hand and brain fighting each other
