To be bricking it about an interview? (Giving flu vaccines in schools)

Holy duck, I applied for a job (I last did that in 2008!) and got an interview! I have NO IDEA how to prepare. I'm overqualified on paper, but have no experience in the actual area.

I can drag my arse there on time and just about make myself presentable, but I suck at interviewing. I waffle and can't remember useful things and generally fluff it. (I had great support and coaching for the last one.) I can't rely on my actual knowledge, because it's not relevant. There's going to be lots of 'give an example of when you....' isn't there? Can I think of a single useful thing? No. Not one.

Any useful pointers? I'm sure I can do the actual job, it's Band 2, and I last worked at the top of Band 6, and I got an interview, so I look ok to them. I don't lack confidence in myself. Just in my ability to convey that clearly, concisely and in the interview. I'm confident I'll come with lots of great answers. On the way home.
