I've used SPF50 every single day since I was 21 (I am ginger though )

I have botox to prevent new lines and wrinkles forming and I've been using tretonin for the last year and a half (I'm 31).

I still get ID'd every now and again so I consider it a win

I read this recently and have been giving it a try, but as it's armpits I haven't been telling everyone all about it 😂
If you use an acid toner then use the cotton pad on your pits after your face and before you reapply anti-perspirant/deodorant : the acid will help to kill off the stinky bacteria and remove any build-up of deodorant on your skin.
It did seem to feel refreshing in the recent hot weather.....
