WIBU to buy the bread maker? (Lighthearted)

DH is asleep, I’ve just fed the baby, and I’ve found a bread maker on marketplace. It’s a relatively good model, it says it has been hardly used, and is a good price.

I have wanted a bread maker for the past few years, but have not bought one at my husband’s insistence. Our kitchen is small and DH says we don’t have the workspace for it. 😩 I have form for buying gadgets that we don’t use often (hello slow cooker…)

WIBU to buy it anyway?

Sell the slow cooker on market place
and buy a Panasonic bread machine

I’m not sure why I didn’t think of selling the slow cooker! The one on marketplace is a Panasonic, with the raisin and nut dispenser, it is meant to be!

Do it! I reluctantly bought a Panasonic breadmaker last week too due to the same reason (lack of workspace) and everyone loves it! The bread is so lovely and it's so nice to wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread!

If you buy one, I can buy one. Also owner of a small kitchen, rarely used slow cooker and a husband who says I won't use it....

Don't get rid of the slow cooker.....with electricity prices you might need it.

But, tell him the bread maker is temporary till you are bored and you will sell it again. (Most friends that have them talk about having to stop their bread habit when their clothes stop fitting.....) For now enjoy experimenting.

Slow cookers are going to cost approximately 65p for an 8 hr meal

pressure cooker maybe cheaper as it’s gas and quick
