block of flats in a town centre and the bins don't have lids which is probably half the problem, they're the huge biffa type bins.
there is rat poo all over the floor in the bin storage room and the housing association won't do anything about it.
you can't even walk in the room without having to walk over piles of rat poo
im worried they'll multiply and end up coming inside the flats
What can I do to get them to solve the issue?? Surely that's unhygienic
