Perforated sinus

Not AIBU, but I’m feeling a bit fragile, so go easy!
I had two teeth out on Thursday. On antibiotics and pain killers, several stitches.
This morning as the swelling has subsided I’m aware there’s a connection between my mouth and nose 😮
111 is finding a dental nurse to call me, I know the original dentist mentioned it as a possibility and I can’t remember what he said to do, just wondering what I should do now, what happens next.
TIA

Hello! Answering myself in case anyone is looking for reassurance. I saw the dentist at the hospital where the teeth were removed who confirmed it was perforated, had a weeks antibiotics and then sometime over the following month it healed. It was awful- like having a weak pelvic floor in your face, I tiptoed around like a mouse for weeks as any jolt reopened it- so sneezing, coughing, talking loudly even. I'm getting the all clear in a couple of weeks time.
