Boys pyjamas

I've always sent my boys to bed in just their pj's, no undies.
So, in summer a pair of boxers and a t-shirt, and winter long sleeve and long legged pj's. Is that weird? I've just taken on some foster children and apparently every other boy wears underwear under their pj's? Am I weird ( unreasonable ) to think boys should sleep just in their pyjamas or am I not?

My son has never worn undies under his pyjamas. He's nearby 14.

They should do whatever they’re comfortable with. I wouldn’t have underwear and pyjamas though.

Personally I don't use underwear and PJs unless I'm on my period. Each to their own though.

I’m not actually sure what my ds do (Young/adults now), but they should do whatever they comfortable with.

Mine do not wear underwear under their PJ's but I do. It's no big deal if they want to surely?
