Just so fed up!

I have broken my arm (3 weeks ago I fell off of a small step cleaning windows😢 needed* a op on my arm and in no pain I feel so knackered.. Is this normal.. No pain in arm but still acward moving it... Good god I can't even type ok.. I just can't type or any thing...even things like weeding garden with my good hand feel tiring x*

Feeling so down as had to say no to my grand kids coming over to stay and me driving them home again.. I havr Never felt this weak.. I have a allotment and work 3 days a week /look after my grand kids very often.. I just feel so knackered as I can't do anything.. I feel so shattered at the moment and an just wondering if if the side affects of a broken wrist.. Just haven't the get up and go in myself lately..
