Is this a fake website?

My little boy wanted bull boy shoes and I ordered from what I believed was the official website but they have arrived and look awful, the edges have glue showing and looks absolutely awful. Please tell me if I’ve been scammed, I brought from this website:

ive contacted Lelli Kelli but they have been no help whatsoever. Bull boys are a brand of lelli kelli

Have you contacted the site you bought them from and ask to return them?

Sounds fake and that is a very basic diy looking website. Have you checked the address and numbers are legit and match up to those provided by LliKelli? and companies house for basic information? Take lots of pictures and ask for a refund and cc Lellikelli. Also email trading standards with your suspicions and photos. Have you pictures you can share of what you received?

It's an Italian hosted website with UK being added purposely to the URL

Given that the company are Italian, it's not that strange to see an Italian hosted website.

They’re an Italian company.

I assume as a sub brand, it resolves to the main brand website eventually

Not being funny but how far down Google search did you go to find this website? I’ve typed in Bull Boys and can’t see this website at all.

The first one that came up was the real company www.bullboys.it/en/

The URL in the OP looks dodgy but I think it's real. All the google, facebook pages etc point to it. I remember when the Irregular Choice web shop thing looked like that - pretty basic. I'd probably see if you can go through their social media, op. It looks like you can buy them from other retailers which will have better established customer service in the UK.

The layout still looks terrible but if that’s the official website which it looks like it is, contact them regarding the faulty shoes? It doesn’t seem as if you’ve been scammed. Sometimes companies have dodgy shoes here and there and will still send them out anyway.

You’ll definitely be entitled to an exchange or refund.

Sounds like they are just faulty. Did you follow the procedure on the refunds/replacement page?

The shoes are more expensive on this site than the actual lelli kelli site aren’t they? If you are in the U.K.

Yes it’s the official site. Just been confirmed! I’m not gonna post the pics as we’re gonna keep the shoes as my son won’t take them off. I’m so appalled by them tho. I won’t be buying again. They were £49 but I literally wouldn’t have paid more than £15 if I saw them in a shop,
