AIBU to ask BF to cut his toenails in the garden? Collect them and pop in bin. He thinks the kitchen or bathroom is the place!!!

Yes you are. The Bathroom is the normal place to cut nails.

Garden - bit tricky in the winter as it can be difficult finding the clippings in the snow.
