Someone loitering outside my house

Hi all
there is somebody pacing up and down outside my house for the last ten minutes or so looking a bit shifty. I peeped out and they looked up at my bedroom window. Worried as I currently have a brand new hire car parked up outside mine. Can hear his footsteps but he isn’t actually moving from where he is. He’s stopped in the same kind of spot but just pacing. What would you do?

I would do nothing because plenty of people will wait outside for a cab or to be picked up, and plenty of people will glance up at a house when they see a curtain twitching.

Turns out it was nothing but there was reports of somebody trying car doors on the street that night! Not sure if same person who was outside mine
