Just a question about car finance and my likliehood of getting it. Does anyone work in this field.
I earn around £35k at uo my own business last year and have had a really stressful and busy year. Prior to that I was I. A very bad place leading up to getting my strength back and moving in with my life after a very bad separation and divorce from my ex (major Dv)
I’ve had money to pay things but I’ve suffered depression and sheer exhaustion and not paid bills on time. I recently had some savings mount ulp and paid off credit cards and things, but my credit score is only 480
i really really need a newer car. Mines is past it and I really don’t think it’ll get me through the winter. I’m scared to apply foe finance and a) don’t get it
b) make the credit score worse by having a “hard” check and a refusal on it.
any helpful advice would be really appreciated.
ps. I need a car public transport is not an option.
