Sorry I am posting here for traffic as I really need I'm advice.

Two chemicals and then a missed miscarriage... got referred to the reoccurring miscarriage clinic but they are taking FOREVER to book me in for scans etc. I have one healthy child who is nearly 5 and was conceived after one chemical. I really don't want to wait much longer... what realistically will they say to me? Is there something I can take to help if I did just want to go ahead and try? I don't want to have another chemical or missed if there is something I can do about it?

If I was to go private who do I book in to see?

Many thanks in advance and any advice gratefully received.

Hello @namechangedforthis9 I can't offer any advice (sorry) but I think you may be better off asking for this to be moved to the pregnancy board? There's lots of lovely ladies who may be able to help.

And the very best of luck! 🙂

They usually start with some mixture of
-low dose aspirin
clomid
progesterone

Depending on who you see they may do a whole range of tests as well/first.

I would try. If you fall pregnant, you can cancel the appointment. If you don’t, least you can say you’ve been trying for months and still nothing.

You would need to start at a fertility clinic op. You will get answers one way or the other. Best of luck

Of course you can try, but if there is an issue, there is always the chance of miscarrying again. If time is a factor, I would probably go for it, but I’m an old hand at miscarriages now!
