To ask what to expect

We have been offered our first appointment with speech and language therapist for tomorrow. This is for our 2 year old.
What can I expect from our first appointment?

Our first appointment was mostly taking loads of info about birth to present day and discussing what the concerns were. Our referral was eating related so they observed dc with food and drink.

Thanks that's pretty much what I thought. Do you remember how long the appointment was? Work have asked how long I need off and obviously don't want to "run out" of time.
Not helped that this appointment was actually a cancellation so all a bit rushed and last minute.

I think it was about an hour.
