I'm not vegan myself but could becoming vegan help you feel renewed and give you something to meal plan for?

I always feel a diet overhaul helps me feel better

(Saying that I've just finished off pizza and chips for tea!)

I’m my life that would be -

  • getting pregnant
  • proper exercise
  • making a decision on where we’re going to live long term
  • reading more.

But everyone is different!

I've been following something I saw on tiktok, I wrote down what I wanted to be in future (healthy was one) and then what I needed to do to get there, and make sure I do one thing per day to do that. I've added taking daily vitamins in to my routine, a sulphate free shampoo which my hair loves, I drink more water now and I eat at least 5 veg a day. I feel better for it and I've dropped a stone from eating more veg and less crap

I’m going to tackle a room a month in my house - declutter, deep cleaning, redecorate if needed, accessorise it with pictures etc. Am hoping to have a cleaner, more “together” house this time next year.

Quit drinking.
Run every other day.
Go meat free Monday - Friday.
Drink 2l water per day.
Join an evening class.

Read the book Atomic Habits. Think about what you mean by better and start a series of very small habits to get there. In two months you'll feel different!
