H,,
I've heard a corner of our 'call centre'; called as 'lights are on, but nobody is home' (it's turned my stomach at times to hear, this has been said but equally why do people say it) how do these poor struggling people get kept on, is it bigger company or, it is ok to say?
I just thought the 2 year marker applied to whether you were a small or big business? in letting anyone go who wasn't suitable to the business.
I don't understand why people keep people who are struggling on to be called these awful things and treated as somewhat horrid of a company joke, get kept on. They must fail probation/QA/etc.
