Done regular relief work at a workplace for a few months off my own back to get experience in the sector while at home with my DC.
I discussed that I wanted to return to work on set date. They said that they'd have me on with them and would be 'completely flexible' re hours to work around DC.
I turned down another job as they couldn't offer me this level of flexibility.
It is now a couple of weeks off my leave ending and there has been no contract, confirmation of pay, start date and they're still 'looking over' the hours that I can fit on the schedule despite asking on a few occasions but are reassuring that they will^^ have hours.
I don't know what to do. I hate not knowing what I'm doing and just feel so up in the air.
