No its not very good, an Intel celeron processor , only 4GB of RAM, and 64GB slow storage which will be soldered onto the motherboard. You get what you pay for.
If I was buying one I'd be looking at an i5 processor, at least 256GB of storage and at a minimum 8GB of RAM, though 16GB would be better.
I'm sure someone will be along to recommend models, I've always gone Lenovo or Dell though I hear a lot of good things about Asus laptops.
