Just that really, feeling very low today. I remember feeling the same when pregnant with my daughter so think first trimester gives me some kind of hormone crash. Looking for stories or solidarity! X

I got super depressed in my first trimester. When I wasn't sad, I was full of rage at everything to a level I have never experienced before (Examples: Wanting to go over to man smoking across the street and punch him for exposing my baby to chemicals; Cry raging when my takeaway arrived cold because I could have eaten it and harmed my baby). Pregnancy is a hormonal roller ciaster. I think it is normal. It dissipated after the first trimester for me.

Yes, I think my moods have been my most obvious symptom to be honest.

I've felt quite sad at times, seemingly for no reason. I've definitely felt an increase in anxiety and worry, with a few intrusive thoughts.

It does seem to be shortlived, though, which is what telling me it's hormonal. It will pass.

Pregnancy is a really anxiety inducing time, it's really scary for me as its my first and I'm equally excited and nervous about how much my life is going to change.

Hope you have a good day today.
