DP on anti depressants and TTC

Hi All, ttc no 3 and looking for advice / experiences. My DP has recently started Setraline and it’s helped him so much. We want to start trying for another DC but I’ve read some stuff about how it can affect sperm? (No problems with performance etc- sorry tmi!) It would not be good for him to stop taking the pills and he doesn’t want to. WIBU to start ttc anyway? Does anyone have any personal experience of this and were you able to conceive?

Check leaflet inside tablet pack for information? Ask Dr?

My late DH was on many medications for MH problems.
Our youngest (very intelligent!) does have Asperger's, but it's in the family anyway, all branches, so I discount that.
Am including a BMJ report.

Thanks. Obviously I’ve Googled it / researched it etc. I think the advice is that some research suggests it can affect sperm and therefore to come off for 3 months before ttc. That doesn’t really feel like an option for him though, so I’m wondering if others have any personal experiences.
