Night nurse is lovely.

A scotch and Night Nurse is even better. 😊

I don’t think I’ve ever tasted Calpol. How did I manage that after 2 children??

I do miss Benylin, that stuff sorted a cough out!

When we were kids my mum gave us orange flavored vitamins sometimes. I’m thinking it was called Haliborange? I can still remember the taste of those.

once, when all three of our dogs had bad stomachs, the vet gave them medicine that smelt like butterscotch. It must have tasted good too because we had to hold the dogs back when it was medicine time. They were mad for it.

I'd happily have lactulose over vanilla ice-cream. ConfusedBlush

Yuk, no, Calpol is horrible! It's alright when you get a little drop on your finger and lick it off but a full spoonful tastes like sweet syrup with an after taste of crushed up paracetamol. 🤢

That yellow stuff - the antibiotics - is even worse. Neither of my dc like it, to the point that we use it as a reason to, for example, put the eczema cream on so it doesn't get infected and need that horrible yellow medicine!

Piriton is OK though.

I used to love Benylin, remember that?! It was sort of blackcurranty.

Mmmmmm!!! Proper stuff and sorted out a cough.

Whilst not on the same league taste wise, oral morphine is quite nice.
