to ask how can I send a video via email

It's a short recording made on my camera phone.

Donkeys years ago we used Dropbox at work for large files, however, it now appears to be subscription only.
Is there any free way that I can email a video clip (32 seconds).

I'm utterly stupid with technology, so please explain it to me like I'm the idiot that I am lol

You can email a file less than 25 mb via gmail.

For 32 seconds you should just be able to attach to the email - zip it first to compress, otherwise use wetranfer
